In November 2025, our efforts were recognized, and we received certification from Hamamatsu City as a “Hamamatsu City Childcare Support Declaration Businesses".
The purpose of this certification is to widely publicize the initiatives of certified companies, thereby helping to secure, empower, and retain the workforce that supports the Hamamatsu region’s industries, with the goal of making Hamamatsu a “city that supports child-caring.”
The following are our company’s main initiatives to support employees caring their children.
・Confirming employees’ intentions regarding parental leave and providing relevant information (social insurance premium exemptions, parental leave benefits, etc.)
・Establishing a support system for caring children, including reduced working hours, flexible work schedules, and telecommuting
・Designating and implementing the “No Overtime Day” on the third Friday of every month
・Encouraging the use of annual paid leave through “refresh leave”
In addition, our community contribution activities—such as factory tours for local elementary and high school students and technical seminars at universities—as well as our “Children’s Visit Day” initiative, designed to help employees’ children learn about their parents’ workplace and facilitate communication at home, have been highly regarded.
Moving forward, we will continue to strive to create a workplace environment where every employee can work with peace of mind and to promote flexible work arrangements tailored to different life stages.
