On April 1, 2026, Teibow Co., Ltd. and Hamamatsu Metal Works Co., Ltd. held a joint induction ceremony to welcome our new employees.
During the ceremony, Mr. Kochi, President of Teibow and Mr. Mukai, President of Hamamatsu Metal Works offered words of welcome and encouragement.
Although the new employees looked a little nervous, each one expressed their determination and took their first steps as working professionals.
